Event Reports

Here we report on the success of our Adoption Events, held monthly in Redwood City, Danville, San Jose, and Woodland, along with other events we have attended. Thanks to everyone who has come out to meet our volunteers and dogs, and who has adopted a German Shepherd during one of the Adoption Days!

Meet-N-Greet
September 8th, 2012

 

The September Woodland M-n-G was fantastic.  Great dogs, awesome volunteers, lots of inquisitive public and fantastic speakers (Dr. Dailey of Davis Animal Wellness Center, Dr. Frank from UCD VMTH, and our own dog evaluation team) as part of our 1st Anniversary Celebration.

We had Ruff adopted and interest in Scout Finch, and could have easily adopted several Ambassadogs but of course their adopters would not allow it.

Thanks to Sandy, we sold over $75 in merchandise, and we also sold several raffle tickets. 

We all shared tasty anniversary cake amongst floating balloon decorations to round out the celebration.
