When you inquire about a dog, the following questions might be helpful:

1. Why are you giving up your dog?

2. Has the dog ever bitten, nipped or 'gone after' anyone?

3. Does it have any health problems? Who is your vet? May I contact him/her?

4. Where did you get the dog? Does it have papers?

5. Does your dog have any training? Is it housebroken? crate trained?

6. Is the dog left alone for long periods? What does it do? Bark? Dig? Chew? Is it an inside or outside dog? Where does it sleep?

7. How does the dog behave with adults, children? Other dogs? Cats?

8. Is your dog mellow? calm? energetic? protective? affectionate?

Hello my name is Kendra Walters. I am a proud owner of a handsome, smart boy in need of a rehome to a forever home. I have stage 4 appendix cancer. I am undergoing chemotherapy and recovery now.
As my condition worsens I can no longer take care of Vinnie in a way that is healthy or happy for him. He is a big boy and needs outside time. He is reactive to other dogs. He is a big chicken. He has passed dog obedience. He is crate trained. Vinnie also has a few tricks up his sleeves. He is potty trained. Gets along with cats and kids. He is also in love with a plastic squeaky pig. Vinnie is 111 lbs as of his last vet appointment in April. He is current on all shots and rabies until 4/21. He is microchipped. He loves women but, will divide his love to a favorite man.
