One-year-old Ace is fun loving and playful and has an oh so sweet temperament. He’s ready for whatever you want to do. He’ll play quietly with his toys and entertain you as he throws his Kong up in the air and tries to catch it as he bounces it around on the floor. Or go for a 3 mile walk, let’s go! Ranger and his brother Phoenix were left at Peninsula Humane Society as ill little puppies who tested positive for Parvo. Our organization agreed to take the puppies if PHS could get them healthy and parvo free. A few weeks later the puppies came to one of our foster homes and spent 5 weeks growing stronger and healthier by the day. Then it was decided the puppies needed to be separated so they could gain individual confidence. They are now in separate foster homes, with grown up dogs and doing great. Read more…

Scar is a handsome, 1-1/2 year old, 90+ lb lap dog. He is well-behaved in the house, potty-trained, and can be left alone loose for a few hours (so far). He rides well in the car, barks only occasionally, and only chews on his toys.

He has knowledge of the commands: “come”, “sit’, ‘down”, “out”, “leash’, and knows his name. Read more…
