Females Attending

Sonora is a sweet busy girl. She sleeps in her crate and is honing her potty training skills in her new foster home. She is comfortable with people and cautious with dogs. As we get to know her better, we’ll keep you updated.

Tioga is a sweet, busy girls who loves to run and play. She’s sleeping in her crate at night and using the dog door at her foster home. She is a puppy and will take lots of time and energy.

Males Attending

Barkley was taken in as a stray by Stockton Animal Control after being hit by a car. He was found to have a broken front leg. The shelter reached out to us and we found a way to bring him into our program. ) It wasn’t simple.) He will be having surgery to repair the break and a few other housekeeping things, then he’ll be ready for his forever home.  He was a shelter favorite, which is why he’s here now. In his first day he tried to climb into his foster mom’s lap, took well to brushing, stayed quiet in his x pen and never bothered his splint. His foster mom already thinks he’s a jewel in the rough and can’t wait to meet the family who will adopt him. Stand by for more as he makes his way from rescue to rescued.

Scar is a handsome, 1-1/2 year old, 90+ lb lap dog. He is well-behaved in the house, potty-trained, and can be left alone loose for a few hours (so far). He rides well in the car, barks only occasionally, and only chews on his toys. He has knowledge of the commands: “come”, “sit’, ‘down”, “out”, “leash’, and knows his name. He is enthusiastic and gentle with adults, even strangers.
