Kody is a five-year-old spayed female. She is microchipped and up to date on her vaccinations. Kody’s family has experienced a serious health issue and can no longer care for Kody. They will ‘foster’ her until a new home can be found.

Kody lives in a family with a Golden Retriever and two teenagers. She gets regular walks and exercise. She has had a change in her health; she is experiencing seizures. They are being controlled by medication, and her family is keeping a seizure log to maintain her health.

Kody is shy with people. She does not meet strangers; she avoids them. A treat may get her to say “Hello,” and she does take them nicely. She has been boarded without issue, so being apart from her family may mean she accepts others more readily. She has never shown aggression toward anyone, including her veterinarian; she chooses avoidance when she can.

Kody does not react to other dogs while walking and does enjoy a neighborhood stroll. She will chase cats.
